FAQ

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions that I get.  If you have anymore specific questions you can reach out to me from the contact page and I will try to respond within 24-48 hours.

How can I order from the site?

You can order directly on the site using the cart and checkout capability. Occasionally new items will be added before they sell out and I will post that information on Instagram as soon as it becomes available!
If you see something on the site that is marked as sold out, then feel free to contact me for a commissioned piece or to see if I have any available.

What if I want a custom order?

For custom work you can contact me through the site, email me, or DM me on Instagram. The process involves scoping out the work, payment (cash or credit), creating the work and delivery.

You can also contact me just for a quote to see how much a piece will cost. Custom pieces are usually priced using a combination of size, material, and difficulty. For example: if you want a quote on a table, the price usually ranges from $1500 – $2500 depending on size, how complicated the base is, and the materials of the top and whether it is solid hardwood or inlay.

Do you have any other stores?

The short answer is yes! We also sell some items you will not see in our online store. We sell cityscape prints through our Timber Skyline Etsy site.

Timber Skyline

Occasionally these stores will go on vacation if I am overly busy for the season.

What other ways can I purchase from you?

Occasionally I will do shows or place items in specific stores. Follow me on Instagram to see where I will be located to buy from me directly! I also currently have an Etsy store for prints and smaller items if you are interested.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Online I accept credit. In person I accept Cash (preferred), Credit, and occasionally checks.

Can I visit you at your studio?

I am not currently allowing visits to my studio as it is still under construction.  I have a very old barn I am renovating and turning into my studio and it's current condition could be considered hazardous to say the least :).  Hopefully looking to open it up to people next summer in 2019.

Do you wholesale?

Many artists get asked this question and it just depends on the situation and the order. Feel free to reach out if you are interested.

What if I haven’t heard from you since I emailed you?

Most likely this is due to me being very busy, but on occasion it can be a clerical error as well. If you email me and I don’t respond in a few days then feel free to reach out on the website or Instagram.
